1. Wholesale Accounts
All wholesale orders require an approved wholesale account. To apply, please complete the wholesale application form. Approval is at Bath Rehab's discretion, and access to wholesale pricing is only granted once your account has been confirmed.

2. Packaging & Shipping
As postage and courier costs continue to rise, some products may be shipped unboxed to help keep costs down for our customers. Reed diffusers in particular take up significant cubic space. Shipping them unboxed allows us to fit twice the quantity into the same freight cost. Where products arrive unboxed, boxes are supplied flat-packed and are quick and easy to assemble.

If you would prefer your diffusers to arrive boxed and shelf-ready, please let us know when placing your order. This option is available on request, however it will incur an additional shipping cost, which will be charged separately.

3. Minimum Order
The minimum order value for wholesale purchases is $300 (excl. shipping). This applies to each order placed.

4. Payment
Payment is required upfront, in full, before your order is processed and shipped. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.

5. Pricing
Wholesale pricing is provided separately and is confidential to approved wholesale account holders. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price at the time your order is confirmed will apply.

6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays outside our control. Bath Rehab is not liable for delays once an order has left our premises.

7. Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order on arrival. Any damage, shortages, or faults must be reported to us within 5 business days of delivery, with photos where applicable, so we can arrange a resolution.

8. Returns
Wholesale orders are not eligible for return due to change of mind. Returns will only be accepted for confirmed faulty or damaged goods, in line with clause 7.

9. Resale
Products purchased wholesale are intended for resale only through the approved wholesale account holder's business and may not be resold via third-party online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay) without prior written approval from Bath Rehab.

10. Amendments
Bath Rehab reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time an order is placed will apply.
